A natural spring emerges in the site causing much difficulty in laying out of the building. Fortunately the drawings and the layout ensure that the building fits within the site boundary.

The site is proving to be extremely difficult since the margin of error is very little. A lot of decisions are taken on site. The contour survey does not match the site so, the site is surveyed again.
